I have spent the last 15 years of my life dedicated to learning about the pursuit of human performance.  During this time I have witnessed what works and what doesn’t.  One of my greatest goals is to pass this information on to those who will use it to improve their lives. 

Although this website is directed towards athletes, it is my belief that everyone should be training like an athlete.  You see, an athlete trains to improve their performance in a given sport.  Well, while not all of us compete in sports, we all need to perform in life.  Whether it’s being able to handle the rigours of a construction site, the demands of looking after young children, or just wanting to be able to go for a pain free walk outdoors without losing your breath, we all need to perform.  That is unless you plan on spending your life in bed staring at a lighted box.  If that’s the case, this site isn’t for you.

This site is for people who want to live life and live it at their highest potential!  For those for whom mediocrity isn’t an option.  Those who believe it is our duty to ourselves and to those we care for, to be at our best.

Now what I present here is what I have seen work in my practice as a high performance trainer, nutritional consultant, and lifestyle consultant.  There will be many people who will disagree with the information that I present, but all I have to say about it is that it’s what has worked for myself and my clients.  All I ask from you, is that you keep an open mind and if something peaks your interest, try it out and let me know what happens.  Also, by all means please don’t take my word for anything.  I encourage you to challenge what you see on these pages, for if what I write can’t stand up to your challenges, then it doesn’t belong here.

I plan on doing my best to keep my blog posts simple and quick to read. I understand that many of you are very busy and don’t have the time to be sitting at your computer reading long blog posts or looking up definitions of long words. Nor do I want you to. For any one who wants me to get into more detail, just ask a question in the comments section or contact me with a question.
